make an application board and make people register then post on the forum before joining and being accepted into the guild. a lot of people have been quitting recently and i think its because they dont feel like they are part of our close knit community.

my advice as an experienced guild leader is push push push for the community to grow. people need an organized place where they can meet everyone without getting on pw and seeing our guild chat. sometimes we talk about things that may be offensive to people but they need to understand that none of us are bad people and we are just here to have fun while we grind away for countless hours

just a suggestion... im sure ill even have to tell you to check this arch... everyone needs to be more active on the forum

well if they are too lazy to register on the forum then why should they be a part of our guild in the first place
